Don't "Overdue" it!
TRY THESE TECHNIQUES
- Ask the librarian for a printout of your books.
- Write the due date on a calendar at home or in your day
planner.
- Stick the due date card on your refrigerator.
- Before checking out new books find out if you owe any fines.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Overdue fines on books are ten (10) cents per day.
- Overdue fines on video are one (1) dollar per day.
- Overdue fines on audio books are ten (10) cents per day.
- Overdue fines are not charged on Sundays or Holidays.
- Uintah County Residents have reciprocal borrowing privileges.
How do I get a Library Card?
Library Cards will be issued to individuals who are 14 or
older.
Those under 14 must have parental permission and signature to obtain a card.
Applicants must present some form of identification that shows their permanent address. In
the case of a child they must present
the identification of a parent or guardian.
Picture ID will be accepted along with the following:
- Lease Agreement
- Utility Bill
- Voter Registration
- Deed or Mortgage (with address)
Check Out Basics
- Books can be checked out for 2 weeks(14 days).
- Videos can be checked out for 4 days.
- Audio books can be checked out for 2 weeks(14 days).
- Items can be renewed over the phone by calling 722-4441.
- Books can be renewed two(2) times.
- Videos can be renewed one(1) time.
- Items can be place on reserve by asking a member of the
library staff or calling 722-4441.
